Coaching for Life

At Coaching for Life we are dedicated to helping you identify and achieve your goals. Coaching is facilitated by your Coach, which empowers the client to identify and clarify both their personal and professional goals. We then work through strategies and milestones in order to achieve these goals. Coaching is very motivating and really ignites a clients passion to achieve their goals successfully.

Coaching is very client focussed, and for this reason can be used in many settings as a positive approach to change. Coaching can be used in the workplace, small businesses, large organisations, setting up a business, growth of a business, developmend of employess. Coaching can be used for presentations, interview planning and progression in a company Coaching is also usewd by many entrepreneurs to identify new business ideas and opportunities and then to see their goals through to completion each step of the way. Equally, Coaching can be used for personal reasons to make improvements in a clients personal life, for example achieving a work –life balance, starting a new life in a new location, building confidence. Coaching is frequently used for sports performance goals the client may wish to identify and then achieve. For example, often coaching is used for personal training milestones and goals around marathons, triathlons, golfing performance and other sporting activities.

Coaching does differ from conventional therapy, in the sense that Coaching is very goal orientated and is all about moving your life forward from where you are right now, by identifying where you want to go and what you would like to achieve in both the short and long term future, development of employees, progression in a company. Coaching is also used by many Entrepreneurs. Finally, sports performance goals that the client may want to identify and then achieve.
